Kevin Daniels, LCSW, QCSW, ACSW, is a licensed clinical social worker, trauma therapist, and Practice Director of Open Minds Therapy, LLC. With over seven years of experience in the mental health field, Kevin works with trauma survivors, LGBTQIA2S+ individuals, first responders, veterans, and people navigating substance use, recovery, and identity-related stress. His work is grounded in the belief that healing happens when safety, dignity, and agency are restored.
Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science from Wilmington University and a Master of Social Work from Delaware State University. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Social Work. His advanced clinical training includes EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, EFT Tapping, sex-informed therapy, and somatic-based interventions. He is a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist through the International Trauma Institute and holds distinguished credentials from the National Association of Social Workers as an Academy of Certified Social Worker and Qualified Clinical Social Worker.
Kevin’s clinical orientation is integrative and trauma-informed, grounded in attachment theory, nervous system regulation, and relational safety. Rather than forcing clients into rigid models, he tailors therapy to the individual, honoring pace, choice, and collaboration. His approach supports clients in moving beyond survival patterns toward connection, self-trust, and meaningful change.
Kevin’s work is also informed by lived experience. Growing up in an environment shaped by instability and trauma, he understands what it means to grow up too fast and to carry experiences that the body does not forget. As a gay man of Lebanese heritage, Kevin brings a culturally responsive, identity-affirming lens to his practice, with particular sensitivity to generational trauma, shame, and silence.
In addition to his clinical work, Kevin is a writer exploring themes of trauma, recovery, and generational healing. At the core of his practice is a simple truth: people do not need to be fixed. They need to be seen, heard, and supported in reclaiming their voice and wholeness.
“Healing does not mean forgetting what happened. It means learning how to live fully without having to survive anymore.”

Jillian Wiggins grew up in New Jersey with a heart full of questions and a lack of support to find the answers. Like many teens, she struggled. Unlike many, she decided early that one day she would become the person she needed back then. That decision shaped everything.
She began her academic path at Delaware Technical Community College and earned an AAS in Human Services. She completed a Bachelor’s in Psychology at Wilmington University, then a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Capella University.
Today, Jillian is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). She helps adolescents and adults navigate trauma, depression, and the slow, courageous work of becoming whole. Her approach is warm, practical, and grounded in compassion, authenticity, and a deep belief in her clients’ capacity to change.
For Jillian, this is more than a career. It is a calling. Each time a client takes back their power or rediscovers a part of themselves they thought was lost, she is reminded why she began this journey. The hope, the resilience, and the healing she witnesses keep her inspired to show up with open ears, an open heart, and steady faith in what is possible.
“The work is not about fixing what is broken, but about helping people remember who they have always been.”

Terrence is a board-certified psychotherapist with more than ten years of experience in the mental health field. He earned his degree from Grand Canyon University and has dedicated his career to helping clients navigate trauma, life challenges, and the obstacles that keep them from living fully.
Terrence specializes in helping clients uncover and address unresolved trauma, recognizing that these experiences often lead to maladaptive behaviors, substance use, and difficulties in relationships. He understands that trauma can create patterns of guilt, shame, and avoidance, and he works alongside clients to process these emotions in a safe, supportive space.
His approach blends trauma-informed care, cognitive reframing, and strength-based strategies to help clients shift negative thought patterns, gain healthier perspectives, and build resilience. Terrence believes childhood experiences shape how individuals relate to others throughout their lives, and he integrates this understanding into his work.
At the core of his practice is the belief that healing begins with trust and authentic connection. Terrence provides a nonjudgmental, welcoming environment where clients can be their true selves while learning effective coping skills and strategies for growth.
Together, you will reframe challenges, strengthen relationships, and begin the journey toward lasting healing.
“Tending a garden is like tending the mind: both need patience, care, and room to grow.”

His clinical focus includes trauma recovery, substance use, and life transitions. Dennis believes deeply in people and their potential. He sees strengths they cannot always see and guides them to discover those strengths for themselves. He honors clients as the experts of their own stories and emphasizes practical skills, compassion, and collaboration. Dennis is committed to culturally responsive care and to increasing access for underserved communities. He holds an LMSW and CADC and is eligible to sit for his LCSW in 2027.
